SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed in our store are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Once the order has been processed by our store, it is forwarded to our logistics supplier, who requires an additional preparation time of 24 to 48 business hours.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
After the order has been fully processed, the estimated delivery time is between 5 and 12 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, high-demand periods (sales, special campaigns, Christmas, etc.), or circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed to the customer before completing the purchase.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the package at all times.
